Last week we finally managed to catch "mojo - cat" (due to his resemblance in looks to our previous, now passed away stray). We believe he had an owner at some point, but this poor boy is near feral. So far he has mostly hidden but he has shown affection and loves fuss. He has been "snipped" and had to have three canines and several smaller teeth removed - all due to fighting injuries. He has a slightly torn ear, scarred eyelid, nose and face. Fortunately he does not have FELV like Mojo, but he did test positive for FIV. Hopefully he will have many years with us. Really annoys me as the poor guy would have avoided all the injuries and FIV if his old owner had just castrated him! But it seems people throw them to the street instead >Sad We have named him Strider

well first there was mary, she was from the RSPCA.
Then Mojo, who passed away recently, was a stray who turned up
Kira (aka mum-cat) and Isis (aka Ikky) were dumped near by
Kyri the black kitten was dumped at 3 weeks in front of my sister
Strider is another stray

He is gorgeous love and has certainly landed on his furry little feet. He will become less nervous and more affectionate, he just needs a little time.

Hugs
