I thought I might try him on live ones once I know he's eating biscuits. Until then, I'll deffo keep him on his chicken Very Happy I've still never tried 'can o mealies' only because everyone says they stink. I'm happy to get them though if it's something else he'll eat Very Happy Does Brillo eat his biscuits Lou? xx

Thanks Jo xx

He's had an all nighter but without the hangover Nik Very Happy xx

Have you tried him on mince beef mel? I was just thinking its a bit fattier than chicken and might help him gain a bit of weight . :-) x

I've not tried Hercules on them yet. I need to get some mealies - I'm nearly out. I might treat him to some of them too.

They come in regular size and mini size - I use the mini for the tenrecs and the regular for the APH and Desert Hogs x

Hercules loves his mealies. Since I got the snakes I've been treating him to the odd pinky too. He was so keen to have it a few days ago that he took it straight from my hand and munched it on me there and then. Thankfully it didn't get messy! x x

I didn't like the thoughts of them at first and swore I'd never feed them to Hercules, but I had to feed them to the snakes so I thought why not. I'm glad I did - he adores them! I really wanted the snakes so I had to get over the thoughts of them. They don't bother me at all now! x x
